• What is the smoking policy?  Is there any place indoors where I may smoke? 
• Are all taxes included in the room price?
• Is there an additional charge for linen laundry if I stay more than one week?
• Is personal laundry service available and if not, are laundry facilities available?
• May I have the quietest room available?
• Is there coffee or tea in the room?  Is there a refrigerator in the room?
